The Millburn Municipal Court is located in the Law Enforcement Building.  The Violations Bureau is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Master Card and Visa are accepted for payment of fines. Court is in session on Tuesdays at 9:00 am.  
Municipal Court Judge is the Honorable James C. Haggerty and the Municipal Prosecutor is Peter A. Fico.
