Canasta Club
Canasta is a card game similar to rummy, using two packs. It is usually played by two pairs of partners, and the aim is to collect sets (or melds) of cards.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a program offering easy to do poses and breathing sequences. Consistent yoga practice may reduce stress, anxiety and depression; and may increase strength and flexibility. No experience necessary . Click here for registration forms and start dates.

Creative Hands (Currently on hiatus)
Volunteers make items using their knitting, crocheting or sewing skills for hospital patients, nursing home residents, and other special needs groups.

Bring your own needles. Yarn and donated materials are on site or you may bring your own. There is no registration needed in order to participate. Stop by when you are available or make it a regular part of your weekly schedule.
Creativity Blooms (Crafts class)
Focuses on “Sustainable Design”, recycling and re-claiming objects - transforming them, giving them new life! Projects span from wearable art to home décor. Although all projects will be completed, at times, the goal is experimental in nature, allowing play. A sample product will be presented at each session.

Project Healthy Bones
PROJECT HEALTHY BONES is an exercise and educational program led by trained Peer Leaders and designed to prevent and/or slow the development of osteoporosis for women and men, ages 50 and older. New interested members may stop by a Monday class to receive a registration form that needs to be signed by your physician prior to beginning orientation. Orientation schedule varies.
