Anyone can Vote by Mail!

To get a Vote by Mail application, you may download it at www.essexclerk.com, or pick one up in person from Millburn Town Ballot BoxHall; completed applications should be mailed directly to the Essex County Clerk.  

Once Vote By Mail ballots are completed, they may be placed in the Essex County Vote By Mail Drop Box right in front of Millburn Town Hall or mailed to the Essex County Clerk. If you choose to use the Drop Box, Vote By Mail Ballots are regularly picked by Essex County Officials (the Drop Box is under video surveillance). 

Important Dates:

  • June 1: Deadline to apply for a Vote by Mail Ballot by mail to the Essex County Clerk
  • June 7:  Deadline to submit a Vote by Mail application in person to Essex County Clerk by 3:00 p.m.

Transportation:

The Millburn Township Senior Bus is available for residents 62 and older for transportation for the election. Please call (973) 564-7076 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. Monday through Friday or visit HERE for further details.
