Interested in Voting by Mail? In New Jersey, any voter can now Vote by Mail and you do not need a reason to vote by mail. Don't feel like going to the polls? Simply vote by mail. Now there is no excuse not to vote!
As an Essex County resident you may apply for a mail-in ballot if you are a qualified and registered voter by written application to the Essex County Clerk's Office. The deadline for such requests are seven (7) days prior to any and all elections (Primary, General, Municipal, School, etc.). The voter may also apply in person to the Essex County Clerk's office, or by authorized messenger, on any day up to 3:00 P.M. the day before an election. Applications are available at Millburn Town Hall or one can be mailed to you by calling the Millburn Clerks Office at (973) 564-7092.
