[ARCHIVED] Millburn Live: Events for June 16th

In conjunction with Millburn Live, the following events will take place this evening, June 16th, in Downtown Millburn:

  • Stormy Monday performing live (at the entrance to Taylor Park on Main St.)
  • 4 Flight Rock Band performing live (on the corner of Main St. and Millburn Ave.)
  • D Boy Entertainment, Millburn’s local DJ (find him near Town Hall)
  • Balloon Artist - Follow him around town!
  • Henna Artist (Main St. near Taylor Park)
  • Face Painter (Main St. near Courtyard entrance)
  • Town Banners Unveiling on new light poles designed by Millburn High School Student (Town Hall parking lot)
  • Millburn Mural Unveiling (Town Hall parking lot)
  • 4 PM Pure Barre in the Park and Yoga for Kids ages 5+. Bring a towel or mat to this free event. Sign-up here.
  • 5 PM Ceremony with the Mayor honoring the winner of the banner art contest
  • Game Truck (Main St. across from Taylor Park)
  • Caricaturist (Millburn Ave. near Haagen Dazs)

Millburn Live is happening RAIN or SHINE.

In the event of rain, here are the updated locations for all the festivities:
  • Stormy Monday will move into Rockin Joes
  • 4 Flight Rock will move into The Hills
  • D Boy Entertainment DJ will remain at Town Hall under a tent
  • Ceremony with the Mayor at 5 PM will move into Town Hall, 2nd floor, only if it is raining at that time
  • Game Truck, same location
  • Caricaturist will remain near Haagen-Dazs under a tent
  • Henna, Face Painting rain location TBA
  • Pure Barre in the Park and Kids Yoga TBA

Paving scheduled to take place later this evening will not effect Millburn Live events.

Throughout the month of June there will be free parking every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Downtown Millburn in conjunction with Millburn Live. Time restrictions at all parking spaces will remain in effect. View the Downtown Parking Map to view the time restrictions at each municipal lot.

*Normal parking restrictions will remain in effect Monday thru Thursday. Free parking privileges are not applicable in commuter and business spaces, and are only in effect for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in the month of June.
