The Millburn Police Department is proud to host the 2019 National Night Out at Taylor Park on Tuesday, August 6 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Neighbors throughout Millburn-Short Hills and across the nation are asked to lock their doors, turn on their front porch lights and spend the evening outside in Taylor Park with friends, neighbors and the Millburn PD in observance of National Night Out. The evening will feature food and refreshments from neighborhood vendors, music from local artists and much more!

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring place to live. Over 38 million neighborhoods across 16,000 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories and military cases worldwide are expected to participate in the 2019 National Night Out!

The event and its organizers were awarded a proclamation at the July 16 Township Committee meeting to encourage support and local participation. Interested residents are urged to attend the 2019 National Night Out and get involved with the Town Watch Association!
