SUMMER CONCERT SERIES IN TAYLOR PARK - Free concerts in Taylor Park from 7-8:30pm. July 24- Soul Groove, August 7- Street Hassle. Bring along a picnic basket, blanket or lawn chair and enjoy some music. Food, ice cream and refreshments will be sold by Gian Marco Trattoria.

PAR 3 GOLF- The Millburn Par 3 Golf Course located in Gero Park is now open for play. The course is open 7 days per week from 8AM till dusk, except Mondays when it opens at 12 noon. The clubhouse phone number is 973 379 4156. Membership is required and is available for individuals ages 8 and older. Players 8-12 years of age must play with an adult. The course is open to residents, those employed in Town and to a limited number of non-residents. To join the course, visit our page on the website or call 973 564 7097 for assistance.

TENNIS MEMBERSHIPS - (March – November) Tennis Courts are located at Gero Park, Short Hills (lighted) on White Oak Ridge Road in Short Hills, Taylor Park off Main Street in Millburn, Slayton Field off Glen Avenue, Millburn. Courts are open for play March (weather permitting) through November. Membership badges for play at courts are required beginning April 1st . Applications and On-line Registration information for membership are available on the Recreation Department website at Tennis membership badge holders may make court reservations one day in advance for play beginning Memorial Day through Labor Day; by calling (973) 564-7097 between 8:30am and 12:00noon (reserve on Friday for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday). Courts may be reserved for weekday or weekend play.

FALL RECREATION PROGRAM REGISTRATION – Recreation Department will be accepting on-line registrations for fall programs (children, teens and adults) beginning Friday, May 13th. Programs include: Soccer for Kindergarten through 8th Graders, Cheerleading for 4th-8th graders , Flag Football for 2nd-5th graders, Tackle Football for 4th-8th graders, Cross Country for 4th-8th graders, Tennis Tournaments for Youth 10-13 and Adults 15+, Open Gym Basketball grade 10 through adult, and Basketball Clinic for grades 5th-8th. Registration for Girls 5th-8th Grade Field Hockey began May 5th. You may register on-line for Recreation programs by using your Visa or Mastercard (online only) by logging onto the Recreation Department website at

SWIM TEAM REGISTRATION - Swim Team is open to Millburn Pool members ages 6 through 18. This is a competitive recreation team. All swimmers, prior to the season, must be able to swim one lap (25 yds). YOUTH VOLLEYBALL CLINIC - There will be a Youth Volley Ball Clinic held at the Millburn High School Gym on Thursday nights, May through June, for current 5th – 8th grade boys and girls. The clinic will emphasize volleyball skill development . Online/mail-in registration through May 2nd Registration Fee is $70.00.
