Elections

The General Election is Tuesday, November 3!

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy signed Executive Orders No. 177 (PDF) and No. 179 (PDF) to create a modified vote-by-mail election for the November election due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.  The order suspends the sending of sample ballots, and requires that each county’s elections officials send vote-by-mail ballots with pre-paid postage to all active registered voters for the General Election.

The November 3 General Election Sample Ballots for Essex County are available by clicking HERE! Millburn Township is located on page 15.
